My Name is Dr. Tonya Cannon, PhD.

I would describe myself as a “Jill” of various trades and master of a some. I earned a PhD in Organization in Management with a specialization in Management Education, a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management, Masters of Arts in Communications, and a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Arts & Psychology. As you can see, I’m both cerebral and creative which helps when you’re an innovator!

I have more than 30 years in the field of Human Resources/Organizational Development and Business Administration. I consider myself a lifelong learner and that keeps things interesting. I pride myself on making connections that benefit our clients and partners and look forward to bringing my wealth of education, experiences, and insights (in addition to those of our strategic partners) to bear in support of the strategic goals you have for your organization.
